In order to sign up online for recurring payments and to view your bills online you need to create an account online. If you are an existing customer you may create your account online. However, please be aware that Azusa Light & Water is currently working to change payment processors.
We expect to change payment processors by May 1, 2016. We will notify all electronic payment customers by email before making the change. Once the change is made you will be required to re-register and create a new account. We will provide an email with a link along with instructions on how to re-register.
What You Need to Create an Online Account
You only need the following information to create an online account:
Utility account number
Last 4 digits of your Social security number
To make recurring payments you’ll need a routing and checking account number
